Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities differ by position but collectively emphasize safety, quality, and coordination. Structural and Pipe Fabricators handle cutting, assembling, and welding of steel and piping materials according to drawings. Structural Fitters align and prepare materials for installation. All workers must follow site procedures, coordinate with supervisors, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades and strong knowledge of industrial work practices. WPR candidates should be familiar with Aramco safety and permit systems. Fabricators and Fitters must understand drawings, measurements, and fabrication tools. Scaffolders must hold valid TUV certification. Vendor code approval is mandatory for Marjan project positions. Good communication skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work under site conditions are essential. Prior oil & gas project experience is highly preferred.
