Key Responsibilities
- Enforce site safety rules, procedures, and HSE policies in line with approved standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for workers and supervisors.
- Monitor work permits, high-risk activities, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and inspection documentation.
- Prepare, update, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Track construction progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and site management teams to align activities with planning targets.
- Generate regular planning reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, site safety management, and HSE systems.
- Familiarity with ARAMCO safety requirements and general oil & gas safety expectations.
- Ability to lead site teams, enforce safety discipline, and communicate effectively with workers and supervisors.
- Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Understanding of project controls, resource planning, and construction sequencing.
- Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Capability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
