Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce site safety rules, procedures, and HSE policies in line with approved standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Organize toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for workers and supervisors.
  • Monitor work permits, high-risk activities, and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and inspection documentation.
  • Prepare, update, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Track construction progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or deviations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and site management teams to align activities with planning targets.
  • Generate regular planning reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, site safety management, and HSE systems.
  • Familiarity with ARAMCO safety requirements and general oil & gas safety expectations.
  • Ability to lead site teams, enforce safety discipline, and communicate effectively with workers and supervisors.
  • Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation processes.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Understanding of project controls, resource planning, and construction sequencing.
  • Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
